Recipes in Greenlandic

Postby juicypuffin » 2011-05-16, 17:58

I was wondering if anyone has a recipe book or knows of a website where there are recipes in Greenlandic? Maybe some Greenlanders can share their family recipes here? I found one in a math textbook:

The second page shows how to make jam from the ingredients on the previous page. I think it's made from apples, berries and sugar. Other than that I can't help you much with recipes I'm sorry, I'm only a learner myself. But if you look around there is a lot of information on this forum although there is not much activity at the moment. Have you checked out the resources thread yet?

Yeah, I have. I've actually read all the threads in this forum and collected the information from them, hahaha.

If you find any, please let me know!
