assut nuannaraakkit?

Postby Igel1 » 2010-12-04, 22:54

Hi!
I read that you can say to your friends "nuannaraakkit". Is this right? Can you also say "assut nuannaraakkit" to say "I like you very much"???? Or is this a grammatical wrong sentence?

Thank you very much for your help!! :D

Gramatically it is right, depending on what you mean.

Gramatically it's correct again, but I don't know how it's good stylistically (here you should rather ask a native). You can well say "assut nuannaraara" - "I like it very much", but I'm not so sure if it applies to persons as well. You can also replace "assut" with one of the suffixes - ngaar-, -qaa- and many others.
