Goals:
* Create Memrise deck
* Revise Grammar from Cruinnscríobh na Gaeilge
* Read a simple, short novel
* Listen to 1 episode of a podcast in Irish per day
* Help my wife with her studies
Tertiary: Japanese
Goals:
* Use RtK and Memrise to relearn all Jouyou kanji - 30 Kanji a day
* After that, go through materials for JLPT exams to figure out what level I've fallen to by now.
Other:
I'd like to see if it is possible to get passive reading comprehension skills in either Russian or Turkish (maybe both). The only exercise I'm planning to do is casually read through a TY book (maybe with assistance from Memrise, if I'm not overloaded with the above) and then just read stuff with a dictionary and try to understand.

Fitness
Goals:
* Keep to 1800 kcal a day
* Keep protein intake at at least 30% of daily kcal, ideally 50%
* At least 5k jog everyday
* Keep to 3 gym sessions a day, alternating upper body and lower body every other day
* Only 1 rest day a week
* Long-term goal: 11% body fat by EOY
