I would say "that it's happened." I wonder whether there are native speakers who say "that it happens," too/instead.

Probably the "that" shouldn't be there, but "not the first time it happens" has over two million hits on Google :hmm:

I still remember how surprised I was to find out in a grammar book that "the xth time + present simple" is wrong and that you actually have to use the present continuous. (And no, I don't take grammar books as gospel truth and maybe there is some marginal use of the present simple in some cases or in some dalects, but that was the general rule).

The results of the first page are kind of weird though, in the sense that pretty much all of them are from forums and twitter and could really be written by non-native speakers.

The way I view it is that you're referring to a specific instance in the present, so hence the present continuous. If I were to talk about something happening X number of times over a certain period, then I would use the simple present. This is why, for me, what Luís wrote sounds off: he was talking about a specific instance in the past, which warranted either the simple past or the present perfect (i.e., "it's happened" which I would read as "it has happened").

I was thinking the same; they may not have been written by non-native speakers, but I do think that (at least in English, not sure about other languages), Internet chat speak, including stuff found on memes, 9GAG, Twitter, Tumblr, etc., is its own variety of English where simplification and reduction to just above the point of unintelligibility is favoured.

I still have some time for Spanish this year, so I've added the book ¿Hablas español o portuñol? to my list. It's mostly about false friends between Spanish and Portuguese and it also has a list of the most common mistakes Portuguese speakers make when speaking Spanish.

Hmmm... A literal translation would be:

A quelle langue tu n'es pas intéressé ?

and maybe it works, but somehow I feel like intransitive intéresser (with an indirect human object) is better in this case:

Quelle langue ne t'intéresse pas ?
    Est-ce qu'il y a une langue qui ne t'intéresse pas ?
