I would specifically add "money" (or some equivalent idiom) because "to cough up" by itself doesn't imply money. If the context of cash or money is already established, then saying what you said is fine.

I would say it's more idiomatic to say "has worked (in) a lot of jobs" or "has changed jobs frequently". But that could also be a dialect thing; perhaps your phrasing is common in other parts of the English-speaking world.

Não entendi muito bem o que é a tal tendência, mas acho que 'se sentir atraída' é um estágio anterior... Talvez o estágio atual seja 'está dentro da tendência hygges' ou 'está na vibe da tendência hygges'. :hmm:
