Exactly. Several of my translations have been simply ignored and not added in. If you don't find my source to be credible, ask a(nother) native. Ridiculous.

Gormur, I'm glad you said this. One should respect the translations of other people and be more careful.

If you don't agree with a translation, you can discuss it and explain WHY you think you're right and that the other person is wrong.

I know how annoying it is if some people just delete some stuff, just because they didn't pay enough attention or simply didn't care about it.

The reason why this happens from time to time isn't because people ignore you, but because people post more or less at the same time from time to time, so if someone continues with the last post where your translation wasn't there, because you posted it at the same time, he simply might have overlooked it.
Please correct my mistakes!

Neither have I. That's why I thought it's only "nostalgia".

I swear in the 21 years of my life I've never ever seen "nostalgy"!

In modern dictionaries (included Merriam-Webster and the Cambridge Dictionaries Online) no entry can be found for nostalgy, the only one I've found is on the Webster's 1913 Dictionary which says "same as Nostalgia" ... but it's an archaic word so ...

you all are right!!!!

It would be so much simpler, if you english people loaned all your words from french!
In this case, nostalgia would be nostalgy! No more confusion...
