Adding Italian.
The word for
(1) tempo translates both "time" and "weather, the latter can be
tempo atmosferico when disambiguation is needed.
In Italian language you can switch between 12h and 24h based systems, so a possible translation of
(5) referred to 1:00 PM is also
sono le tredici(lit. "*it's 13 o'clock").
In general, when using a 12h numbering system, we translate AM as
di mattina / del mattino ("in the morning") and PM as one among
di pomeriggio ("in the afternoon"),
di sera ("in the evening") or
di notte ("in the night") according to the actual time*. The latter can be also applied to AM times before 5/6 AM.
* The starting time of pomeriggio/sera/notte may vary on a regional basis.
