Oh, you mean "Quark" is used because it has the same start as "Quatsch"? I never made this connection, because there are other food words used similary where I don't see this pattern, like you can also talk "Käse" (cheese) and things can be "(völlig) Banane" (banana). But maybe they do actually follow a similar pattern and I just never noticed it?
Anyway, I feel non-food euphemisms are more common for the real swear words, but at least "Scheibenhonig" exists.

fudge (fudge) - fuck

purée (mash(ed potatoes))- pute/putain

ostras (oysters) - hostias

блин (pancakes) - блят

chips* (chips/crisps) - shit

Quark (curd) - Quatsch

Scheibenhonig (comb honey) - Scheiße

cavolo (cabbage) - cazzo (literally "cock", but used as "fuck" in English)
