This is request from one of my library lists. It's for a sign at a university library. The OP has asked for specific languages,, which are listed in this Google Doc:

As you can see, there are several (e.g. Malayalam, Pashto, Dari) that I figured you lot could help out with.

The phrase is a conventional one meaning essentially "We welcome everybody at this event or establishment". Since it's a university and the target audience is chiefly undergraduates, I think it's fine to use informal speech.
