I don't know what the English is supposed to mean.

I can't make a proper sentence of it. 'If she ever brings him we would be dead'. The Swedish sentence too is slightly off.

"We'd be dead if she brought him."
"If she ever brings him, we'll be dead."

The first is counterfactual (i.e. you're imagining a world which doesn't exist and is unlikely to exist). The second is an open condition (i.e. you think it's likely she'll bring him someday).
