Of course "Bem-vindo" has all the gender/number variations as well:

Bem-vinda (said to a woman)
Bem-vindos (to a group of men or men + women)
Bem-vindas (to a group of women)

In Catalan:

Benvingut (general and said to a male)
Benvinguts (said to a group of men or men + women)
Benvinguda (said to a woman)
Benvingudes (said to a group of women)
Quot linguas calles, tot homines vales

I think we should either give all possible forms, or precisely describe the situation and then give the form appropriate to this situation, because the form may depend on:
1) number of people who greet
2) number of people who are greeted
3) gender of people who greet
4) gender of people who are greeted
5) formal/informal conversation

The initial text doesn't tell me what the situation precisely is, it gives me some clues:

Please say 'Welcome' to us in your language or in the languages you know

1) One?
2) Many (more than 10)
3) Gender of the forum user? To give both forms?
4) Mixed: men and women
5) ???

By the way...

In Spanish we also have gender and number variations:

Bienvenido (said to a man)

Bienvenida (said to a woman)

Bienvenidos (said to a group of men and women or to a group of men)

Bienvenidas (said to a group of women)
En donde esté una piedra solitaria sin inscripción

alguna, donde habite el olvido, allí estará mi tumba.(G.A.Bécquer)

Chinese:
欢迎 is pronounced huānyíng in Mandarin, and in traditional characters you write it 歡迎.

Greek:
This is not Καλωσήλθατε, but Καλώς ορίσατε or, when you address one person informally, Καλώς όρισες. Another form (not in my dictionaries, but seems to be common) is Καλώς ήρθατε, I guess that's what you wanted to write. ;-)

ήλθε = ήρθε (and thus in the 2nd person plurar ήλθατε = ήρθατε, but the forms with ρ seem much more common. Just like with αδε{λ,ρ}φός).

Dear Saaropean,

Unfortunately, I can't agree with you, in my phrasebook is written, "Καλωσηλθατε" with an accent on the character "íta".

Oh, I had got that just as 'tell us how to say "Welcome"', without necessarily addressing it to us. But you've got a good point. ;)

To go on with the fight  :

Bienvenue: it can be a noun and we say,for instance:
Je te souhaite la bienvenue.

But if you see a single person and want to say welcom to him, you use the adjective and say;
bienvenu: to a single man
>Sois le bienvenu!
bienvenue:to a single woman
>Sois la bienvenue!
bienvenues: to several women
>Soyez les bienvenues!
bienvenus: to several men or when there are several persons of both gender.
>Vous êtes les bienvenus parmi nous!

It's clear?
"Aimer le vrai parce qu'il est vrai et non juger vrai ce que disent ceux que l'on aime."

George Steiner.
