It is clear[obvious] that she's hiding something.

눈치 is a very interesting word, too, one without a close equivalent in English or any European language I know.

Funny you mention that. Just the other day I overheard a Korean-American girl use "nunchi" in a conversation that was otherwise in English. Something like "he just doesn't have nunchi".
