English (en) dragon
Catalan (ca) dragó – gecko (lizard)

This was posted in the Catalan word-association game just below Any nou xinès (Chinese New Year); presumably the poster meant drac (dragon).

Also:

Spanish (es) él/ella/usted dragó – (he/she/you) dredged (from dragar)

Also also:

(es) dragar - to dredge
(fr) draguer - to flirt, to hit on

The French also means "to dredge", but in everyday life, that meaning is much less common.

Doesn't troligt mean 'presumably, likely, plasibly, ...'?

(en) confetti
(it) confetti - plural of confetto - dragée

Whereas in Italian, the word for confetti is coriandoli (which also means "coriander" in its singular form coriandolo)

I used to have a Sicilian co-worker who didn't know English well enough to avoid this false friend.

(I'm just seeing this now, over 3 weeks after you posted it…)
Wiktionary can be a terrible source for Albanian, but more often than not, it's pretty damn decent, especially those entries which show Gheg analogues. :) The Albanian-language Wiktionary itself is vastly more comprehensive, but the entries are pretty much copied word-for-word from the online Fjalor i Gjuhës së Sotme Shqipe "Dictionary of the Modern Albanian Language", containing the definitions of around 40,000 words. And, unlike the Albanian entries on the English Wiktionary, those on the Albanian one only list definitions, and don't show etymology where available or Gheg equivalents, which is a huge drawback.
