I was starting on a huge collection. But then I started to realize I'd never get around to using over half of my books, so I'm actually going the other way and selling some off.
One of these days I'll get around to posting a picture of the remains. (Which I'm sure will still be quite a few)

And then you'd have to find the place to put them...
Par exemple, l'enfant croit au Père Noël. L'adulte non. L'adulte ne croit pas au Père Noël. Il vote.

One thing I'm constantly hearing about is how my books are "all over the house." :P

Ha! In our house, it's my parents and brother who own all the language books. I own one, for Norwegian; between them, they've got a collection of Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Sotho, Tswana and Japanese (not to mention all the bilingual dictionaries, including one for Latin, as well as tons of Afrikaans schoolbooks).

I once mentioned some or other statistic related to the amount of people who own books in South Africa - something ridiculously low, like <10% or something (I doubt that's actually true, though!), to which my mom replied, "Well, we make up for that." :P

C'mon guys. Erope is not spamming, plus we have been warned (LOTS OF IMAGES) :D

In our city library, there's a Russian-Japanese dictionary with Japanese in Cyrrilic. Now that's cool. :D
Oddly enough, there are more dictionaries in our city library, than in the one in Prague. And I mean the Municipal Library of Prague. :D

There are many specialized and technical dictionaries plus vast choice of languages.

Yaghnobi, Mari, Iraqi Spoken Arabic, Tibetan, Burmese, Czech-Dari-Pashto among the less common ones. :)
I must say I visit that place a lot . :)

Since the last time I posted here I've bought a Bulgarian phrasebook adn 1000 words in Arabic. Now I can read the script, so it's great. :D

Uh, no, I definitely don't think hāozigǎnr's lack of interest in studying other languages atm has anything to do with laziness.
