Yes, I've used it and I think it's good. So first, a disclaimer: I've never actually bought it but I used it for quite a while when it was brand new because I had a series of coupons to use it for free, one of which was good for an entire year. So I've done two of their courses, but I haven't paid for it, and it was a while ago so there have been some changes since then. Anyway, in some ways it's similar to Duolingo, but it's less gimmicky, seems more practical in terms of the sentences and stories it includes, and has some different exercise types and more audio stories. You don't compete with others like you do in Duolingo, but you do have daily goals and it will send you reminders if you're at risk of not meeting them.
It was very new when I used it, so it had some glitches at that time, but they were very responsive to questions and feedback. (One that I remember was that it would sometimes get stuck on a particular audio file and play that one sentence no matter what sentence you clicked on.) I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to use parts of it because at times I would have to wait for the next part of the course to be completed before I could continue. It was that new. So I would assume that by now the glitches have been worked out or if there are still some issues, they'd still be responsive to feedback and work on fixing them.
I know they've added some new features since I last used it and I've been thinking about subscribing, but I haven't yet because I keep putting it off until I have more time, and that never happens.
