does Basque have its own keyboard layout?
when writing Basque, I find German (I live in Germany) keyboard way easier because the position of Z and Y are the other way around, so:
1) Z, which appears frequently, is in the middle between U and T.
2) Z is right next to T, and we know how often TZ appears in Basque.
3) Y, which is barely used, is in the corner.
4) there's Ü for Zuberoan.
the only thing missing would be Ñ, but so far I've seen that Ñ isn't used frequently anyway and is often replaced by IN or NI.
