Regular correspondences

Hello everyone,

could someone possibly help me with this?

I've just learnt that some Saami dialects have initial /k-/ where others have initial post-alveolar affricates /č-/. Is that a regular correspondences?

I would like to have some resources on Saami comparative linguistics and Proto-Saami reconstruction. If anybody helps me, I will be very very grateful indeed! Thanks in advance for any advice!
