Fine thanks, but in the arse of nowhere as they say in Finland. I'm busy and stressed this summer but I've been talking with some people from Lapland uni and they have some good Sami stuff going on in Oulu/Rovaniemi so I really want to get back into this :yep:

Muaha I have found someone :D Or at least now I have contact with the guy who teaches Sami at lapland uni and have the address of the guy who runs the department at Oulu uni. The Rovaniemi guy gave me the contact details for a lady in Helsinki that might be able to help me but also said that the Davvin books are full of typos but that the series is quite good..

I've also loaned a series from my local library in Finland, "Cealkke dearvvuođaid" and it seems to get more to the communication side of things than Davvin - it teaches you how to ask things about other people etc, but totally ignores grammar for the most part =/

Just an update, I'm still in England on holiday and going to Oulu/Lapland next week so my messages won't be regular..
