Forum tables: how do they work?

Postby md0 » 2013-09-12, 17:51

I can't figure it out and I even tried online tools that proclaim they can convert visualised tables to BBCode, to no avail.

I want to create some conjugation tables for the Greek subforum and I want to avoid plain text because it's messy.

You use the <td> tag to enclose each cell, the <tr> tag for each row and the <table> tag for the whole table.

Code: Select all

[table align=center][tr][td]A[/td][td]B[/td][td]C[/td][td]D[/td][/tr]
[tr][td]1[/td][td]2[/td][td]3[/td][td]4[/td][/tr][/table]

=

ABCD
1234

Hope that helped :)

It does help, thank you :)
Wikipedia's system is much easier I must admit.
