Mobile version?

I hope you guys don't mind that I bump this thread up, now that there's a new technical developer. The previous times this issue came up, there was only proycon.

Nowadays much more people browse the forum from their mobile device and I guess there must be much more easy or simple resources to make the forum capable to be shown on such devices.

So, if you guys could give this a thought, I'd be grateful.

I've seen people say both browser website and app. To clear this up, which would you guys prefer? I'm pretty sure the former would be less time consuming to get up and running.
