I do not like retroflex consonants ([ʈ]; [ʂ]; [ɻ] etc), present in the Hindi language, for example. I had a hard time with these phonemes when I studied Sanskrit in college.

The person below me has in his conlang the distinction between long and short vowels and thinks that tonal tongues are difficult to learn.
