Tips on writing address in Vietnamese

Postby OldBoring » 2016-01-03, 15:02

Hello!
I sent a package twice to Vietnam with the address printed on a sheet and pasted on it.
I wonder if it could be possible to write the address in a bigger font, so more prominent, by using abbreviations or returns, etc.
First of all, the person sent me the address by IM, so I guess she could have used a lot of commas because she couldn't make a return on the IM app.
The address is something like this:

XX DƯƠNG SỐ XX, PHƯỜNG XXXX XXXX XXX X, QUẬN XXXX XXX, TP HỒ CHÍ MINH.

So I wrote it on a paper sheet horizontally like this:

XX DƯƠNG SỐ XX,
PHƯỜNG XXXX XXXX XXX X,
QUẬN XXXX XXX,
TP HỒ CHÍ MINH.

[name]
[phone no.]

First of all, can I remove all the commas and the final full stops in the address?
The name of the phường is quite long, so I was forced to reduce the font size to let it stay in one line. But I still have space vertically on the sheet. Can I write it dividing it in two lines?
Like this:
PHƯỜNG XXXX XXXX
XXX X
(and then probably I could put a comma, plus the name of the quận; or the quận in the next line).

Cảm ơn very much.
