These ones are fine:

Katie là ai? - Who is Katie?
Katie đang vẽ ai vậy? - Whom is Katie drawing?
But keep in mind that this is just beginner's stuff in a book. The language on street-level is rather very different.

Skip these two sentences. You need lots of context to translate them adequately.

Aisling wrote:Bạn ở đâu? - Where are you?
Ông là ai? - Who are you?
Here we're touching upon the topic of pronouns. To simplify a very complicated matter: remember that the words for "I" and "you" change constantly and in a huge number of ways, depending on your audience.

Aisling wrote:Tôi muốn đi đến trường học. - I want to go to school.
The meaning is unclear. Is it "I want to have an education" (Tôi muốn được đi học / được đến trường) or is it "I want to go to class because there's something going on there today that makes me want to go" (Tôi muốn đi vào / đi vô trường)?

These ones are just wrong:
Aisling wrote:Tôi đang nấu một quả trứng. - I'm cooking an egg.
Katie ở đâu? - Where is Katie?
Tôi không thể chơi Flappy Bird. - I can't play Flappy Bird.
Katie làm việc như một giáo viên. - Katie works as a teacher.
Tôi hút vào trò chơi này. - I suck at this game.
Tôi đã đập vỡ điện thoại của tôi. - I broke my phone.

Tôi đang luộc (một quả / một trái) trứng. - "I'm boiling an egg" (we always specify the method of cooking)
Katie đâu (rồi)? - "Katie ở đâu?" would be more likely understood as "Where does Katie stay?"
Tôi không chơi được Flappy Bird. / Tôi không biết chơi Flappy Bird. - the second one means "I don't know how to play", but in effect it's the same.
Katie làm nghề giáo. - "Katie does the teaching profession."
Tôi chơi trò (chơi) này dở lắm. - "I play this game badly."
Tôi làm vỡ / làm bể điện thoại của tôi rồi. - "I caused my phone to break into pieces." ("đập" would means you intentionally smash it)
OR Tôi làm / làm hỏng điện thoại của tôi rồi. - "I caused my phone to not work anymore."

I don't, sorry. And I don't think there's any dictionary like that. Two reasons: 1/ Vietnamese dictionaries are not intended for foreign learners, and even if they are, it wouldn't occur to the writers that noun classifiers are a big part of this language that gives learners trouble. 2/ Classifiers are (mostly) not fixed in stone. They are quite flexible and we natives use them flexibly, which includes when to omit them. As such, it's hard to list all the possible classifiers for each noun that you learn.
