Does anyone have any recommendations for materials for learning Pahlavi / Middle Persian?

Ressources for Middle Persian are really scarce.

This website has a few lessons (one of them is called 'going out', I didn't know there were night clubs at the time of the Sasanians ).

http://www.parsig.org/

However I'm not sure if the language presented is authentic middle-persian or if it's a simplified version they're trying to bring back to life (they seem to have a sort of revival project).

Here are two slang lexicons.

Very useful for learners past an intermediate level interested in colloquial Tehrani persian.

Not sure if this was posted before but you can watch Airana Tv live here:

It's mostly in Afghan Persian with a couple Pashto shows. Anyway I think it would be good listening resource for Afghan Persian

This Facebook page no longer seems to be updated, but scrolling through is a great resource for learning Persian idioms paired with their English equivalents.

McKenzie's Pahlavi dictionary (online here) is indispensable.

Hi
where can i find some online site or downloadable soft which will translate words from english to farsi with transliteration or vowels clearly depicted. I am a beginning learner and cannot figure out words without transliteration/romanization.

Many dictionaries such as Hayyim's give transliteration. The best online English-Persian dictionary, in my opinion, is Farsi123, which doesn't give transliteration, but you can always copy words from there (or anywhere) into Hayyim's dictionary and get the transliteration. I would also recommend you buy Yavar Dehghani's Persian-English/English-Persian Learner's Dictionary which lists all words with Persian spelling, Roman transliteration, and English translation. The nice thing is that the Persian-English section is organized by transliteration, so you can look up Persian words without knowing how to spell them. I think it's one of the most useful dictionaries for total beginners.
Please correct my mistakes in any language.

Also, is there a place online where I can read free persian children stories that are text-based, not image-based? (if I can highlight, copy, and paste text directly into dictionaries/translations, I can learn much faster than if a photocopy of the whole page is posted). Thanks!
