Sunny Leone's ''Baby Doll'' is the most seen Bollywood video of this year. :)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/hindi/india/2015/0 ... _legend_rd

I watched Lagaan. I really liked it, I can understand why it's highly rated on IMDb.

I don't know if this is a newbie opinion (I can't say I've seen many Bollywood movies) but I felt like the songs felt a bit different from other Bollywood movies I've seen. I mean their style. They sort of felt more "sophisticated". Maybe because the theme of the movie was so serious?

I watched the parts on either side of the intermission on different days so it didn't feel too long, either. Had I tried to watch it in one go would probably have been a bad idea -- my Western attention deficit would have kicked in and I would have been like "hit the damn cricket ball already dammit!"

Hey Varlisintu, I'm glad you liked it! The songs were composed by AR rahman who is known for doing serious songs that go with the film. Check out the soundtrack of Dil Se it is by him and the songs are quite serious. Many older Hindi films have these types of songs as well.

About the only thing I don't like is Aamir Khan in the leading role. He's never been my fave and is clearly too old for the part. But without him, the film would never have been made. And there are worse choices (like Salman Khan).

It was the first Hindi movie I'd ever seen with a plot that actually made sense to me. Apparently, all I ever did for the first two years of my life was watch Indian movies (not only in Hindi and Malayalam but also in Tamil, Telugu, and for all I remember now Kannada and some other languages, too), carry the videotapes around in stacks that were too big for my arms, and drop them everywhere. :P I couldn't make any sense of the plot of any of these movies at the time and probably didn't even care because songs. I think the only movie I might have seen before that with Aamir Khan in it was Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, and all I remember from that movie was the song "Papa Kehte Hain" because my mom liked it and wanted me to sing it for some reason.

The one film I actually think he's good in is Saawariya. (It probably helps that the hero is Ranbir Kapoor, a colt-faced set of abs in search of a personality.) In fact, he's the best thing about that film next to Rani Mukerji.

Yeah maybe because he isn't in it that much. He used to be better in his younger days and actually kind of did some different movies now he just does complete crap. He just got in a feud with John Abraham about their films releasing the same day, which made me lose any little respect I had for him. I can't understand why this guy films break records, there are really good BW films that get really overlooked because of morons like him.

He is a diva. He has no reason to be either, because he has no acting talent. I read things about Christian Bale blowing up on set and stuff but at least that guy can actually act. Salman does stupid films that a two year old could write. I could probably predict his films without evening watching them. The best Bollywood actors are the most underrated ones.
