Do you know this Swedish lullaby?

I'm looking for any info on this lullaby. Maybe someone Swedish has heard it? It goes like this:

"När månen vandrar på fästet blå,
Och tittar in genom rutan,
Då tänker jag på en stund som så,
Och knäpper sakta på lutan.

Vad du är lycklig du måne klara,
Som får där uppe på himlen fara.
Och blott se på, och blott se på."

Especially I'd like to know
1) Wether it really is this short, or does it have other verses?
2) Who wrote it?
3) Is it common?

The melody is a little easternish, could it originally be from Russia or thereabouts?

To me it sounds like a typical swedish folk song melody.

Concerning link (3), I don't think this is a very well-known melody. I had never heard it before. But the melody is probably used by e.g. students sing their drinking songs. This web site supports the supposition:
