Translation to Slovenian - Help needed!

Postby Amslay22 » 2016-12-23, 11:11

Hi guys, newbbie here!

I'd like to surprise a dear friend and his family with a happy new year message something like:
"happy new year sugar! May this year bring you, your family and friends many moments of joy, health and success. Big and warm hugs and kisses!"

I just started to learn slovenian but I'm still very because in my country there aren't places where to learn it, so I'm learning on my own.

Hoping you guys can help me.

Lepa hvala

Hi Amslay!
Congratulations for signing in :)
I am also interested by the translation because I got a very kind greetings card from my friend in Ljubljana and I'd happily send her back the favor!

Anyway, where are you from and why are you studying Slovenian?
Have a great day! :)
(fr) Native - (en) Fluentish - (pt) Fluentish when I was younger - (hu) Can sustain a conversation with a patient and kind magyar or order some beer and lecsó in Budapest - (it) On Duolingo ma posso ordinare uno Spritz ed antipasti in un ristorante

Thanks for the warm welcoming!!
I'm Portuguese. :) Love made me start learning learning Slovenian and then I fell in love with the beautiful country and the language.
Unfortunately where it's very difficult to find (good) Slovenian dictionaries ... or find them at all. So I'm advancing slowly!

Wishing you a great day too. :)

Ah unfortunately that's too late for me, I posted the letter today. Sorry!
But then if you write it I'll use it for next year :)
