When do I use "prašom" and when "prašau" if I want to say "you're welcome"? My sources are telling me different things...

Does that mean that I must always say "prašau" because I'm a single person?

if you tell from your self: „prašau“,
if you tell from the name of yours group people (family, friends, partners ...): „prašom“.
