gondolni = to think (about something)
gondolkozni = to think (focuses more on the act of thinking)
találni = to find
találkozni (valakivel) = to meet (someone) (lit: to meet with someone)

"is" in texts, do they always mean "too, also"
Yes, I can't think of any other meaning.
I cannot always tell apart "to die" and "to hear". Which one needs a "meg"?
They can both take "meg".
What could ever go wrong?
halni = to die
hallani = to hear
Look for the double "ll" and then it's "to hear".
What about "Hát", I see plenty of them, do they always have the same meaning?
They appear at the beginning of sentences and mean something like "so".
