Hi, I wonder if anyone here could be so kind to translate this sentence into Hungarian for me:

Sam saw a spaceship in the forest.

Thank you!
If I want to emphasize "a spaceship", is this sentence ok?

Egy űrhajót Sam látott az erdőben.

Also, if I remove the word "Sam", does the sentence then mean "He/she saw a spaceship in the forest"?

egy űrhajót látott Sam az erdőben

You may also stress the spaceship.

Also, If you drop the subject, it will imply he/she, but if you want to emphasise it, add 'ő'.

Egy űrhajót Sam látott az erdőben.

If you want to emphasise something, you must put it right before the predicate. In this case the best word order sounds like this:

Sam egy űrhajót látott az erdőben.

The one ''' wrote is less likely to be said spontaneously, even if there’s nothing formally wrong with it.
