It goes something like this:

10th March 2008 is an important date in the life of the Afghanistan Provincial Reconstruction Team: this is the day when the fourth turn officially starts its work. Colonels Rózsa Tibor, commander of the previous turn, and Simon Attila, commander of the new one, signed the documents of the takeover, so work in the Baghlan province continues with fresh forces.
