I need help to identify the written ottoman text on this old medal ,the medal is dated 1255 (AH) as shown.

What I can read from it is this:

اشته تصحيح عيار سكريه
صرف هميت قيلدى خان عبدالعزيز

I'm not very good at the Ottoman scripture. My reading is like this:

اشته تصحیح عیار سکه‌یه
صرف همّت قیلدی خان عبدالمجید
