:hmm: May some translations help? From the first post to the end (the ones I was able to find):
Adım Sonbahar, Serenad in French, if there are francophones among you, İlim, İstanbul Türküsü, I am listening to Istanbul, Kitâbe-i Seng-i Mezar (FYI, the three epitaphs are one poem), and two versions of Yaşamaya Dair here and here.
Two other poems I found in a pdf file:

VIEW
A small lavender flower
Blonde bee
And poppies as far as the eye
can see
This moment we love
without a thought
Sky that suddenly begins.
(Oktay Rifat)

CANARY
My little canary standing
On the clothesline
Are you looking at me with pity?
Even though I will watch you
Fly under the first white spring leaves
(Melih Cevdet)

None of them literal translations, of course, since they are poems. But they will surely help you with understanding the originals.
