Meaning of this profession: Peg. Latihan dan Penyiasatan

Does anybody by any chance know what this profession means in English? It is stated on a personal document. Thank you in advance!
My native is Bahasa Indonesia. From its words, it seems like it's Malaysian as I've never heard such profession in Indonesia. If I may roughly translate, here are the results:
Peg. >> Abbreviation of "Pegawai", means "officer"
Latihan >> means "practice, exercise"
Penyiasatan >> means "strategy"
