Hi, I've got trouble understanding the last bit of the sentence below:

“Ya, dia menunggu. Dan ketika kami menyadarinya, semua tidak berada dalam waktu yang tepat,”

"Yeah, she waits. And when we become aware of it, everything .... ?"

Context: somebody on their blog ranting against "Cinta tidak harus memiliki" ... (the bit just preceding the sentence: “Bilang, jangan disimpan sendiri. Dia tidak akan tahu. Atau sebenarnya dia menunggu kamu bilang begitu,” katanya, tergetar. Teman saya itu pun tersenyum, menerawang, ...")

I have to admit that it's quite confusing to me, too, but I guess it meant that everything or everybody was at the wrong timing.

ok, so it would just mean "everything was not there at the exact time".... it just means that when he got wise to the fact that she liked him back, it was too late... makasih...

Let me help you:
"Yeah, she waits. And when we become aware of it, everything is not at the right time."
Indonesian language might be a bit confusing, especially Indonesian slang.
