Ayo!! (with a stop after the O, some kind of a glottal stop).

What is a literal translation for "Ayo, kamu bisa!" ?
"C'mon!" sounds to me like "Come on!" in English, is there a link?

"Kamu bisa" means literally "you can".

There's no connection to "come" in English whatsoever.

I was going to add a Czech one "do toho" which is used esp at football matches. However they only allow you to edit if you're logged in. Not sure how to do that.

If they took the wikipedia approach where anyone can edit they would grow much faster, and it is self-regulating.

I agree with you.
It makes no sense that you have to register/login twice. Once for the forum and again for the wiki.
