being a learner myself, I'll only correct those I'm almost sure about :)
Doesn't mean the other are right, wait for other opinions

We are having class / a lesson.- Ikasgaiak guk daukagu.

i think it's "ikasgaia" with no k

Those are the school children.- Haiek ikastetxekoak umeak dira

ikastetxeko umeak

You learn Spanish.- Zu gazteleraz ikasten duzu.

Zuk gaztelera ikasten duzu

He learns German.-Hura alemaniera ikasten du.

Hark alemaniera ikasten du.

(when your verb has a direct object, your subject is in the ergative case, ie. it ends with a k ending)

We learn French. Gu frantziera ikasten dugu.

Guk...
Agur Xibe’ua,
Bazter güzietako xokho’ik eijerrena,
Agur sor lekhia,
Zu’i ditit ene ametsik goxuenak.

For me it's easier to skip the pronoun to avoid using the wrong case there.
Geurea dena lapurtzen uzteagatik, geure izaerari uko egiteagatik.
