Mi havas Comprehensive English-Esp[eranto dictionary by Peter Benson.
Sed vi povas iri al
http://esperanto-france.org/esperanto/index.html
Estas multaj da francaj libroj por vi.
Kiam vi estas progresinta, vi povas aĉeti la
PIV-on.

Kaj kiel via studado progresas, Nolan? :)

Bonege :) Vi jam bele progresas.

Kiam mi aktive lernis Esperanton per lernu, mi uzis Ana Pana. Ne forgesu gustumi iomete da Esperanta literaturo por ricxigi vian lernosperton.

Mia problemo en Esperanto estas ke okazas semper ke mi eraras pro la franca kaj la espana lingvoj. Kiam mi bezonas vorton, mi volas uzi francan vorton.

Ekzemplo:

I saw a rabbit dancing through the window.
Mi vidis konejon dansi tra la fenestro.

Ne volas diri nenion!

Nur vortaron mi bezonas kaj mi povos skribi kaj paroli pli bone. Sed mi povas jam legi esperante (ne cxio kompreneble sed mi povas komenci), ne estas tre malfacila por la francoj.

I've started to learn Esperanto for the craic, and I've got to say this has got to be the
most easiest language I've ever got involved with !

Welcome to Esperanto, Sneachta. Yes, that's one of the benefits of Esperanto. You can dive in very quickly as it lacks irregular verbs, strange plurals, cases, genders, and handily marks word parts for you. The real challenges await those who pursue it beyond probably a year, where it starts to have all the hallmarks of an irregular, national language.

And what's "the craic"? :)

"craic" is the Irish spelling of crack. :D

Sneachta, have fun. :)

Nope, craic is how you say ''fun'' in Irish.

Even when Irish people are speaking in English, most prefer to use the word in Irish instead.

I learned/internalized the basic morphology (the simple tenses and the entirety of the noun/adjective system, plus derived adverbs) in less than half an hour. The affix system took probably about a week. This was all back in 1976. I'm still learning vocabulary (though it's been a long time since I've had to refer to a dictionary every other word, :D ).
*I use Quaker-style Plain Speech forms for speaking to one person.
