I assume that "call on" means "visit" in this context.

- Dobbiamo = we must/have to, dovremmo = we should
- You can either say "andarli a trovare" or "andare a trovarli".
- "Chi" doesn't mean "who" (except for when it's an interrogative pronoun) but rather "anyone who", "the person who", "the one who" and it can't be used in the way you did. You either have to use "cui" which is invariable or "il quale" which is inflected for gender and number (hence il quale, i quali, la quale, le quali).

"Sto per lottare" is more akin to the English "I'm about to fight".
I'd simply use a simple indicative future: "lotterò" or you can say "ho intenzione di lottare" if you wanna stress the idea of intentionality.

Tra i vari significati di call on, mi suona bene anche quello di "rivolgersi a qualcuno" in quel contesto. Ma forse sto dicendo fesserie.
