I know it's been over a month since this post of yours, but I wanted to make some corrections.
1. In this case, the word "αντί" connects the two subordinate clauses of will (βουλητικές προτάσεις) "να βγαίνω έξω" and "να μένω σπίτι". Clauses of will (βουλητικές προτάσεις) are always introduced by
να + subjunctive, so "για" cannot be used here.
e.g.
Θέλω να φάω. = I want to eat.2. To show possession, we usually use the genitive of the weak forms of the personal pronouns (μου, σου, του, μας, σας, τους).
The possessive pronouns (δικός μου, δικός σου etc.) are used in order to put emphasis on the possession.
e.g.
Το δικό μου σπίτι είναι όμορφο. = My house is beautiful (as opposed to someone else's house). So, your original sentence (
...γιατί υπάρχουν πάρα πολλά καλά πράγματα έξω από το δικό μας σπίτι...) means that there are a lot of good things out of
your house
specifically (and not out of someone else's house), which is not the meaning you intended to express here.

Προς το παρόν σπουδάζω, αλλά πράγματι θα ήθελα να βρω μια δουλειά κάποια στιγμή.
Το επόμενο άτομο έχει βιώσει μια παραφυσική εμπειρία.
