I use nciku for this, it gives the traditional characters in brackets behind the simplified ones.

You can always use Google Translate <http://translate.google.com/> and set from as "Chinese" and to as "Chinese (Simplified)". Google is smart enough to detect the Chinese you input as either Traditional or Simplified. Google Translate can also give you the Pinyin when you click on the little "Ä" button.

Just a note to those who may be interested in converting between Simplified & Traditional Chinese:

I love how technology can easily convert between the two but DO NOT ever use any automated system to convert Simplified Chinese TO Traditional Chinese, at least not without someone with Traditional Chinese knowledge to proof-read it first.

The reason for that is while it's easy to convert from Traditional to Simplified Chinese, when it's the other way, some Simplified characters may have more than one Traditional form and the computer will NOT be smart enough to know which one to pick.

A good example of is this the simplified character of 面 (face or noodle) has two traditional forms: 1.) 面 face (which is actually the same character) and 麵 noodle. There are more and more mainland Chinese restaurant owners in my local Chinatown now but Traditional Chinese still dominates here, so these owners would have their menu converted into Traditional Chinese and we would up be 牛肉面 (beef face). While that is fine in Simplified Chinese but because it's supposed to be in Traditional Chinese it's actually quite horrifying.

In all seriousness, no Traditional Chinese reader will be confused and actually think the restaurant serves "face" but it's just a silly error came out of carelessness and ignorance and shouldn't exist in the first place.
