"Da poco tempo studio il rumeno?"
Does it sound good in Italian? Perhaps you mean "Da poco tempo ho cominciato a studiare il rumeno"?

Mot-a-mot translation gives us: "De puțin timp am inceput să studiez româna". But I bet it is wrong since nothing seems to work mot-a-mot in Romanian, either from Russian or from Italian. :)

I think is 'de poco tempo' or is my spanitalianoromanian language.

It`s correct to say De puţin timp am început să studiez româna , but is better to say Am început să studiez româna de curând or de puţin timp.
