It just says they also provide 'service' in Finnish. Since the principal activity doesn't involve much talk, I think this applies to the anecdotes the barber is telling while doing his job. ;)

I think it's that easy only for men, you just ask for a haircut. But for us women... you explain in your native language for five minutes what you want, and still they do it wrong ;). I wouldn't want to get a haircut in a country where I don't speak the local language fluently.
I appreciate corrections to my mistakes in any language.

suomeksi! = in Finnish
