The Finns and their ******* numbering system (need HELP)

The following audio file is a tiny cut-out from a Finnish language course, and I'm 99% sure that my "bill" is CORRECT. I re-calculated and re-added the numbers on the bill, and I always get away with 10 "markkaa" (former currency there) less.

I listened to the file and counted everything. It really should be 194,40. But CoBB, there's no tipping in Finland. Maybe the saleswoman was just being greedy ...

I also corrected a couple of your mistakes in the quote below, in case you wanted that .
