Could someone gloss this?

There's this joke gift that's just an empty plastic box with the text "You've got everything" on it. The Swedish version says "Du har ju allt", and below it there's a Finnish translation, saying "Hänelle, jolla on jo kaikkea".

I had a discussion with another language-savvy but non-Finnish speaking guy about how that sentence breaks down. We got as far as jolla probably being second person singular in the allative or something, and on being the copula. Not sure if that's right.

Anyway, could someone here break the sentence down morphologically? Especially the hänelle intrigued us.
