I need the following sentence ( please note that "your" is singular) "Protect your health!" in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian. Many thanks.

"Zaštiti svoje zdravlje." (literally 'protect' your health)
or
"Čuvaj svoje zdravlje." ('take care' of your health)

Yes, although in Serbian there is the option of putting it in Cyrillic.
