This was a very mean one :D :twisted:

On pourrait traduire par : "même les gens bien peuvent avoir de vilains cheveux" 8-)
Mais la proposition "Mauvais cheveux arrivent à des gens biens" est bonne (il manque juste Des/Les mauvais cheveux")

"Elle se tenait là" or "Elle était là" would be better. "Voici elle" does not exist, or your can say "La voilà", but that wouldn't be used in that sense in French ("Here she was" cannot be translated directly from English) :wink:
