The only term that I could think of is: dentition irrégulière. However, if you want a more expressive term, then I have no idea. I always call it missing teeth or crooked teeth or whatever. >.>

I'd just wait for a francophone to help you instead.

You can try "édenté" ( meaning with missing teeth )

Thanks Sido. I'm not sure if it's quite what I'm looking for, since you can have a snaggletooth and still have all your teeth.
