שלום

I filmed this during a wedding while in Israel and I absolutely fell in love with this song.
Can anybody give me the title and artist?

You would never have asked that of us had you known the social ramifications of admitting to recognizing this song.

תגידי כמה זמן
אבא שלך גנן
איך אני הוזה
מן פרח שכזה

Oy vey that's cheesy :D But that aside, could you elaborate more on the social ramifications, there must be something embarrassing to liking this kind of music I assume? :)

That isn't even the worst part for me! It is the line that appears in the title that jars my ears more than anything else. לבנות על מישהו/משהו is a slangish idiom that means something to the effect of counting on someone or something for the fulfillment of your plans (and plan accordingly) and is one of the least romantic things I can imagine to say to a woman. It just sounds plain dumb.

But, yes, that's pretty much the reason. The genre is awfully stigmatized (perhaps for reasons other than the ones immediately apparent as well, but I won't get into that) and the usual audience who consumes this type of music doesn't enjoy a very flattering image.
