It's a traditional folk song, though clearly rearranged with western instruments. Both are essentially the same song, just reinterpreted differently.

Yes, I know that. Lyrics is the main thing that interests me. I really love these songs and would like to be able to sing them.

Also, the two songs have slightly different lyrics, I can hear it.

These are a few Korean folk songs, starting with two boat songs (뱃노래). One is by Moolim Kang (강무림), and I like it so much I memorized the lyrics in their entirety a long time ago and also looked up all the Hanja. I've included a version of the lyrics with all the Hanja below this clip (you can see the lyrics entirely in Hangeul in the clip itself). There used to be a video of the same person singing the exact same song that sounded better than in this one, but unfortunately, YouTube's taken it down by now:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEAqaaFYq1w

Also, a translation and word-by-word gloss are available here (along with a link to the old videoclip I wish was still up but isn't :P).

This is the other one:

But I actually encountered this version of the second one; this clip includes (a slightly different version of) that song only after another song, 정선 아리랑 (by Kim Young-Im, the same singer as the one in the first clip Rokas posted above):

And finally, here's another clip of her singing 정선 아리랑:

OK, I guess I might as well finally post this song: "오빠는 풍각쟁이" (My Brother's a Street Musician), a trot from 1938 when Korea was under Japanese occupation, complete with lyrics in Korean (both in Hangeul and transliterated) with a "loose, singable translation" into English and literal translations into both English and Japanese (sadly, I remember reading somewhere (don't remember where anymore) that everyone involved in the creation of this song died shortly afterwards; IIRC, one was executed and another (the singer?) died in a car accident): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Park ... aeng-i.ogg

This is a video introducing a style of Korean folk music called pansori:

And this is part of a pansori performance, which is basically a play:

I like how it's about giving each other piggyback rides. :D

Usually I'm not very impressed with the results of East Asian stars making English songs, but I absolutely love this collaboration between Tiffany (from Girls' Generation) and Far East Movement.
